Krylack

End-User License Agreement

Please read these terms before installing or using Krylack software. By installing or using the software, you agree to them.

1. Definitions

"Software" means the Krylack application you download or install, including any updates, and its documentation. "Author" means the independent developer who owns and publishes the Software. "You" means the individual or organisation using the Software.

2. Evaluation (trial)

The Software is offered first as a free trial so you can evaluate it on your own files. The trial is deliberately limited: it runs each recovery for a short time before pausing, and it does not reveal the recovered password. You may evaluate the trial for as long as you wish, subject to these terms. Purchasing a licence removes the trial limitations.

3. Grant of licence

On purchase of a valid licence, the Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software for the edition and scope covered by your licence key. Updates within the same edition are included.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Software only to recover passwords to files that you own or are otherwise lawfully authorised to access. You must not use the Software to gain unauthorised access to files, systems, or data.

5. Restrictions

6. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and copyright in the Software are owned by the Author. This Agreement grants you only the rights expressly stated here.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Password recovery depends on factors outside our control (such as password length and complexity), and successful recovery is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach its terms, in which case you must stop using and remove the Software.
