Website analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic (which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from). It does not use tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not identify you personally. Because of this, we don't show a cookie-consent banner — there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
The contact form
If you message us, we collect the name, email address and message you submit, and use them only to reply to you. We don't add you to a marketing list. Messages are delivered to our support mailbox via an email service provider that processes them solely to transmit your message.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by our authorized reseller, which acts as the merchant of record. When you buy a licence, they collect and process the payment and billing details you provide, under their own privacy policy — we do not receive or store your full payment-card information. We receive the information needed to deliver your licence and provide support (such as your name, email and order reference).
Downloads and server logs
Downloading our software and browsing the site involves standard server logs (for example IP address and request time), kept for security and to operate the service. We don't use them to identify or track you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking.
- The software runs locally on your PC; your files and recovered passwords stay on your computer.
Your choices
You can browse the site without giving us any personal information. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion, reach us through our contact form.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
