Each edition installs as a free trial so you can confirm it works on your own file. The trial runs each recovery for up to 5 minutes at a time, so it cannot complete a long recovery unattended, and it keeps the found password hidden. Buying a license removes those limits and reveals the result.

Yes. Our installers are code-signed and downloaded directly from us. Password-recovery software is routinely flagged by antivirus heuristics as a "hacking tool" even when it is legitimate and signed, because of what the category does. If your antivirus quarantines the file, restore it from quarantine or add an exception, then reinstall. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you verify the download.

After purchase you receive a license key by email. Open the app, choose to enter your license, and paste the key. Activation is offline — no account required. Lost your key? Contact us with your order details and we will resend it.

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). A compatible GPU is recommended for the fastest recovery but is not required. The installer is self-contained — no extra runtimes to install.

Krylack is for recovering passwords to files you own or are authorized to access — for example your own archive, document or PDF whose password you have forgotten. Do not use it on files you have no right to open.
